About Me!

Many of you may know me as La Gringa Baiana, but most call me Anne in my day-to-day life. I am originally from Kansas in the United States but have spent the last eleven years of my life traveling much of Europe and Brazil. I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese and am an absolute lover of languages, cultures, books, and food! I have spent nine years teaching English at different levels and learning new tips and tricks for language learning along the way!

For the last four years, I have focused on individual English lessons with adults from all over the world with an emphasis on pronunciation, phonetics, confidence, and fluency. I am excited that you are here and look forward to learning more about you through our shared love of language and other interests!

On a more personal note, I have two very adorable cats (who you will most likely meet virtually) and a husband I adore and they are all from Bahia, Brazil!
